You will be responsible for delivering their shared vision for the future of retail forecourts through the highest standards of customer service and quality products.

As a Manager you will have the overall responsibility of operating the restaurant in accordance with Gregg`s Standards, policies and procedures. You will be accountable for general administrative and daily staffing duties. You will assist the restaurant manager in driving sales and delivering KPI`s by leading by example and having a high presence on the restaurant floor.

The role will consist of various administration tasks to ensure the highest performance of the store. This includes Cash management, Stock control and investigating variances. You will make sure that the store is well presented on a day to day basis to enhance the customer`s experience. The role will also require you to motivate and lead the team by challenging the staff to meet achievable goals through effective communication and leadership skills. If tasks aren`t carried out, you must be able to challenge the team`s poor performance through mentoring and coaching them.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years proven experience in a similar management role.
