A leading independent supplier of branded workwear and personal protective equipment, this client has built their name on providing exceptional customer service, developing the most innovative products and giving their customers the most outstanding technical support. Their clientele spans across a number of sectors, in both the UK and around Europe.
They're looking for a Graduate Sales Support Executives to join their family-run organisation and drive forward new customer relationships on their behalf!

Key Responsibilities
- Researching new prospective customers of the business, and reaching out to them via telephone, email and social media
- Winning over existing dormant accounts on new propositions and also building account value
- Support the sales team in administrative duties, follow up and sending of proposals/presentations
- Sending out samples, building case studies and content to promote the business
- Managing CRM, ensuring all information is up to date and accurate
- Dealing with and successfully resolving customer service issues, queries and complaints
- Coordinate sales effort with other team members and other departments
- Liaising with procurement to source new products when clients request them
Requirements:
- Educated to degree level
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Committed and dependable
