We have great opportunity based at our Bedford campus for a Compliance and Administration Coordinator to become a key member of our Apprenticeships team.
As our Compliance and Administration Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the success of our students through:
- Delivering effective compliance and administrative support to the apprenticeships provision at The Bedford College Group
- Coordinating and administering the compliance and admin requirements for Apprenticeships, ensuring that the College maintains a standard of excellence and continuous improvement in its operations and administrative support and that all ESFA funding requirements are met as a result.
- Assisting the Apprenticeship leadership team by providing excellent administrative support, generate management reports and deal with any compliance audit enquiries
Our ideal candidates will experience of leading a team ideally within a fast-paced environment, alongside the following qualifications:
- Level 3 Business Admin qualification or similar
- GCSE English & Maths at Grade A-C or equivalent or willingness to achieve English and Maths Level 2 within one year
- IT Level 2 or equivalent
