Passionate TA/Teaching Assistant - North Somerset
Do you enjoy supporting children and developing children?
Are you looking for an opportunity to work in different schools?
My client school is looking for TAs / Teaching Assistants in North Somerset to work in their school. There are two roles currently available, both with a mixture of hours which are there to support the child. The role is a 1:1 role and the ideal candidate will have experience in an educational establishment.
The school is a very forward-thinking Primary School, spread across two sites with excellent support through being part of a very successful Multi-Academy Trust. The Head and the SLT are always looking at ways to enhance the learning of their students and enhance the time at the school.
The ideal TAs / Teaching Assistants should have the following:
- Level 2 or 3 qualified and/or a minimum of 6 months experience in an educational establishment
- A calm, patient and caring persona
- Good communication skills
- A good understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
- Experience in working with supporting students in their education on a 1:1 and small group basis
