We are looking for a full time Duty Manager to join the successful team at the prestigious Charterhouse Club, in Godalming, Surrey.

This is a very high-profile post leading a team on a shift rota to ensure our core values and high standards of customer service are upheld at all times. You will have a strong work ethic and be an enthusiastic individual with a positive, confident and outgoing personality.

You must also be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and have high levels of personal presentation.

You will be expected to build effective working relationships with colleagues and external partners, and have the ability to be adaptable and flexible to deal with customers and their queries and concerns, with tact and diplomacy.

Previous supervisory management experience is essential and you must also be able to demonstrate sound leadership skills, whilst having the ability to manage your role within the wider team context. You will also be required to be a competent swimmer.
