Client Services Manager - Catering / Hospitality - GBP30k
This is an opportunity to join a succesful and established Events and Catering company, who cater for a variety of events and corporate catering requirements. The owner is looking to someone to join the team and head up the Client Services Team, which will include building and maintaining client relations and accounts.
SALARY ETC:
* GBP28k to GBP30k
* Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm / 9am to 5pm (can be slightly flexible on hours but will need some slight adpatabililty depending on clients)
* Location: South East London
* 28-days holiday, including B/H and closed over the Christmas period
* Free meals on duty and staff discounts
DUTIES TO INCLUDE:
* Bring on board new clients
* Develop strong on going relationships with existing clients
* Converting leads and enquiries into business
* Implementation of a CRM system
* Assisting in resolving client issues
* Ensuring orders are processed correctly with the assistance of the Team Leader
* Contacting and visiting clients that have had major issues
* Hold appraisals, Investigate disciplinary and grievance issues
* Ensure all new office staff are inducted correctly
* To assist the Managing Director as and when required
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience of dealing with client issues, ideally within the Catering / Hospitality industry
* Experience of using CRM systems
* Some experience of customer relations and dealing with complaints / enquiries
* Some experience of supervising / managing a team
* Customer focussed and smart appearance, with good team skills
* To have experience of the Hospitality / Catering industry in a similar capacity
