Personal Assistant
Liverpool City Centre
You will be offering support to the Group Director of Operations within a busy and expanding law firm.
You will have experience working at an Executive level for 3+ years and at least 5+ years administration experience.
Your main objective is to ensure the smooth running of the Directors day, being an integral part of the management team, providing professionalism and a level head.
The role:
* Manage Directors electronic diary
* Organising meetings and ensure that the Director is well prepared on all occasions - preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers
* Organising of travel both business and personal
* Booking all appointments and rearranging of scheduled appointments when necessary
* Attendance and support at a variety of events
* Full administrative support - typing documents, minute taking etc
* Personal life maintenance - appointments, arrangements
The person:
* You must be bright, switched on and personable
* Proactive, driven and motivated
* Always aiming to get tasks completed with a positive, upbeat persona
* Ability to draft clear and focused letters and reports
* Excellent organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills
* High attention to detail, meticulous approach to each task or project
