As Senior Impact and Evaluation Analyst, you’ll design and deliver evaluation models for our strategic services, to help customer insight research and manage staff. You’ll also contribute significantly to our ‘what works’ programme, as well as organisational thinking on impact and evaluation.

You’ll be part of the impact and evaluation team, who are responsible for demonstrating the value of our service and also for key evaluation functions within the organisation.

You’ll have experience in evaluation and an ability to define meaningful and appropriate measures, interpret results and communicate your findings. An eye for detail, a passion for impact and an interest in innovative techniques are encouraged.

Citizens Advice offers confidential advice online, over the phone, and in person, for free. Through our national network of charities, we give people the knowledge and the confidence they need to find their way forward – whoever they are, and whatever their problem. In 2017-18 we helped 2.6 million people face to face, over the phone, by email and web chat, and people visited our online advice pages 25 million times. We help with everything from money issues to problems at work, housing to consumer rights. Now we want to do even more.
