Salary: GBP18,000 - GBP23,000 (depending on skills and experience)
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Graduate Town Planner to join a growing consultancy in Preston. The company deliver expert development planning solutions for their clients within the residential, commercial, energy, education and industrial sectors.
Qualifications and Experience:
For this role applicants are sought with a relevant planning related degree and ideally some planning experience within a consultancy environment.
Responsibilities:
Within the role the successful Graduate Town Planner will be working to deliver planning applications and appeals, undertaking site appraisals, developing planning strategies and providing advice and guidance to clients throughout all stages of the planning process.
