Cleaning Manager
I am looking for a high level Assistant Cleaning Manager to join a well known North West retail outlet. This role will be to Assist the Cleaning Manager and support the cleaning teams for both day and night shifts.
This company is a prestigious, mixed scheme retail complex in the North West Area.
You will work in close conjunction with your management colleagues and the Centre Management team, you will ensure the delivery of a 'Best In Class' service to a facility welcoming circa 42 Million people per year, with a foot print of 1.4M Sq Ft. This critical, role encompasses the delivery of key business objectives, the financial management and control and the hands on daily operational management of a high value Cleaning Services contract within a key account within the business.
You will have excellent communication, customer service and experience in Cleaning and Facilities management.
You will have at least 3 years previous experience
Have managed a team of 100+ (or there abouts)
Experience in operating in a retail sector
IOSH Qualified
Professional or further qualification in Cleaning Management
Well developed I.T Skills
Salary is GBP30,000
