About the role:
This post will identify and deliver new homes, promote our wider business and deliver proactive relationship management.  You will work to generate new opportunities and progress them through feasibility assessment, negotiation and internal approvals.  You will take the lead on land, complete due diligence, obtain appropriate planning and procure build contracts. Partnership delivery will be key. 

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience working with agencies, including planning authorities, to develop new housing schemes
  • Strategic level experience in the development of new business
  • A track record of successfully managing home building risks on a range of tenures including market sale
  • Experience of working with Homes England and/or other public funding authority procedures
