Account Manager for Digital Software Company

I am currently working with an innovative digital software organisation who are looking for an Account Manager to join their growing team managing some of their big prominent accounts. This is a permanent position that can be based in either London, Newcastle or York.

Responsibilities:
*Manage a number of high profile, prominent accounts
*Lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts
*Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
*Look for opportunities to up sell or cross sell services
*Develop trusted relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
*Ensure timely and successful delivery of services and solutions according to customer needs
*Reporting and tracking metrics (monthly/quarterly results etc.)
*Deal with client requests or issues appropriately and escalate where necessary

Experience required:
*Previous experience working in an Account Management position for a software development firm doing web, mobile, and/or database
*Ability to develop strong, long-lasting client relationships
*Experience cross-selling/up-selling
*Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels
