Multi Skilled Technician
M&Y Maintenance and Construction is now recruiting a Multi Skilled Technician to work with our Repairs team in Lancashire.
About the role
The main purpose of this role is to be able to perform a range of repairs, maintenance and improvement works as required safely, efficiently and to client satisfaction. You will be able to locate properties in various surrounding areas and effectively use a map and take directions and organise daily jobs effectively and independently, taking into consideration job priority and appointments made.
The ideal candidate will be Competent in at least two of the following trades (one of which must be joinery, plumbing or plastering):
A basic DBS check and a full UK driving license is required for this role.
