As an Inbound Sales Executive Retentions agent, your aim will be to encourage the retention of subscribers! This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic candidate to join a successful team!

The successful candidate will:

• Have previous experience within a sales environment
• Be driven and of a persuasive nature
• Have excellent communication skills
• Use retention tools and techniques to persuade customers

Key responsibilities:

• Manage outbound calls to recently lapsed and existing subscribers
• Work towards and meet both team and individual targets
• Maximise sales and revenue
• Increase subscriber engagement
