Core duties would include:
- Acting as an initial point of contact for customers, fulfilling routine and complex requests, responding to inquiries from clients and field staff, performing routine and complex transactions and customer activities * Providing guidance and support to clients * Providing knowledge to colleagues, clients and staff * To present professional, courteous and knowledgeable behaviour to clients, service users and colleagues alike
Successful candidates will:
- Be able to work independently
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
- Possess excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Be self-motivated with the ability to use your own initiative
- Have experience in customer service ideally within Logistics or Freight forwarding
- Be driven to exceed set goals and targets and maximise client satisfaction
