Our client is looking for a proactive, professional and highly capable individual to join their HR division for a period of 3 months to cover a period of temporary secondment.
The successful candidate will be able to 'hit the ground running', develop good working relationships with people at all levels and work well in a very fast-paced and ever changing organisation.
Main duties will involve:
* Assisting with ER cases - escalation point
* Recruitment and onboarding of new starters
* Employee engagement programmes
* Provision of high quality HR guidance to existing and new staff members
* Conduct investigations
* Work closely with senior management team
* Working on developing new contractual information
* Assisting with the day to day management of the HR advisory team
