Campaign Operations Coordinator (12 month FTC)
Who you are:
You are a logical thinker who is comfortable communicating technical information to a wide range of audiences. You will be well organised and have a keen interest in learning how data and CRM can work together to enrich the marketing program across all channels (Email, Push, Social, Display, SMS).
What you'll need to do:
Using IBM Campaign (Unica), you'll play a pivotal role in the build and delivery of audiences within the CVM team and the wider marketing function. We will rely on you to build a knowledge of the database and the data that Argos hold to make informed recommendations for audience selection. You will represent the Campaign Operations team when you liaise with the wider CVM team and you'll champion CVM across the business with various stakeholders.

Desire to build an understanding of IBM Campaign software and the data that powers it
An eye for spotting opportunities to grow customer value and engagement
Comfortable working with and interpreting data
Highly organised and able to prioritise your workload to deliver value for customers and the Argos business
A good understanding of the retail industry
An authentic character who acts with integrity
Open to change and is personally resilient
Basic understanding of SQL desirable, but not essential
