CMLI/Senior Landscape Architect - Cheshire
Our client is a large Multi-Disciplinary, Environmental Design Consultancy that provides comprehensive, integrated services to their clients in urban and landscape design and environmental planning.
They are currently engaged in a variety of very exciting projects both under construction and at planning application stage. Projects involved in include residential, public realm, educational and high-end private schemes and are now in need of a CMLI or Senior Landscape Architect to join the team at their Cheshire office.
Ideally the successful candidate would be a CMLI landscape architect with at least 4 years UK experience. Role responsibilities will include delivering Planning Applications, completing detailed design packages and attending construction sites.
Applicants must have a degree in Landscape Architecture and have a Postgrad Part IV qualification. This experience must have involved master planning and public realm projects as well as project management and staff supervision and coordination.
