Artis HR are currently supporting an exciting international organisation with the recruitment of a HR Reward Advisor / Analyst to be based in their Bristol Office. This is a permanent full time post paying GBP22-28,000 + a great benefits package and a fantastic office environment.
What you will be doing
As a Reward Analyst you can expect to get involved in a broad range of reward activities within the team, including the annual salary and bonus reviews, benchmarking, sales incentives, SharePlan and equity scheme delivery, job evaluation and coordination of employee benefits and recognition programmes. In particular you will act as an important point of contact for reward queries, escalating as required.
This is an excellent opportunity for an existing reward analyst or someone with HR experience who is seeking a new challenge. You will be working within an established and well-respected department and there is real developmental potential within the role.
Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
You will have strong interpersonal skills coupled with an ability to quickly build relationships with a range of internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
You will be comfortable analysing and interpreting data and be proficient in Microsoft Excel. You will also be a strong communicator, able to explain technical items to internal customers and apply judgement where relevant.
We are looking for you to be self-motivated, with great team working skills and an eye to continuous improvement.
Previous experience working in a HR/Reward focused role would be highly desirable.
