Human Resources Advisor
Our client is looking for a Human Resources Advisor on a 1 year contract, to join their HR Department. The main job purpose is to maintain and update all personnel data and assist with various human resources activities. Promote a positive health and safety culture within the organisation through, implementing, coordinating and maintaining the Health and Safety policies whilst complying with all relevant legislation. Be the Company's appointed Data Protection Officer (DPO) and support all General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) activities.
The right candidate will need the following skills / experience

Knowledge of basic employment and health and safety legislation

Have a recognised health and safety qualification e.g. NEBOSH
*
Has experience of managing temporary staff and the agency relationship
*
Communication skills
*
Customer Service skills
*
Strong influencing and interpersonal skills

IT skills

Organisation skills
*
Teamwork
*
Good GDPR knowledge
Performance Measures
*
Provide personnel administrative support to the company
*
Maintain and update personnel records
*
Ensure that all Group Companies operates best practise in applying Health and Safety throughout all Department
*
Keep abreast of development within Health and Safety to ensure policies and procedures are up to date
*
To keep up to date with all General Data Protection Regulations and support the organisations to maintain compliance
Length of Contract: 1 Year
Salary: GBP28k
