HR Advisor-Designate
Salary: GBP25000. Based in Kingston-upon-Thames
We are recruiting a HR Advisor on behalf of one of our clients, a well-established organisation based in the Kingston area. This is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished HR Administrator seeking to further their existing skill set and knowledge and take further CIPD qualifications via the study package offered by the organisation.
Person Specification:
Possess excellent day to day operational HR Administration skills including payroll
Proficient using HRIS (Human resource management system) framework
Able to use an HR system to compile and access data
Ability to work effectively within a small team and prioritise to meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills with a positive and confident attitude and able to use discretion at all times
Excellent organisation and administrative skills
Good MS Office skills
Human Resources Management degree / level 3 CIPD qualification desirable,
Full clean driving license essential.
