intu are now recruiting a highly experienced and articulate Facilities Manager to work within our head office.
This is an important high-profile role encompassing hands-on front of house management and overall 'day-to-day' responsibility for Building Management of 40 Broadway, providing internal staff & external visitors with World Class guest services for intu.
As the Facilities Manager you will be responsible for the overall management of the 40B Facilities team and through direct Line management of Facilities Coordinators, you will ensure the department is optimum efficiency. To be successful for this role, the ideal candidate will be a result driven individual with a strong understanding of customer services excellence within the commercial / property / retail sectors.
You will drive operational improvement to ensure first class relationships and the delivery of exceptional customer service levels, reception, meeting rooms, post, printing, transport, catering & cleaning at all times. Along with enhanced customer relationship abilities, you will be an excellent communicator, a clear decision maker and adept in the development of ideas, opportunities and the continuation of long term relationships
