We are looking for a dynamic Head of Property Services to help us provide extraordinary living to the people we support by overseeing and delivering our property function.

SeeAbility provides extraordinary support and champions better eye care for people with learning disabilities and autism, many of whom have sight loss. We currently support c250 people across over 20 properties, encouraging them to challenge what they expect from life, from themselves and from wider society.

You will be responsible for a small team delivering repairs and cyclical maintenance across our property portfolio, ensuring they are safe, welcoming and fit for purpose for the people we support.

This will involve:

  • Overseeing our property strategy
  • Managing the planned and cyclical maintenance processes
  • Overseeing day to day and emergency repairs
  • Monitoring performance against KPIs
  • Liaising with staff, people we support and third party landlords to deliver excellent services
  • Be responsible for maintaining statutory compliance

To be successful in this role you will have a relevant professional qualification (RICS or CIOB) teamed with significant experience in property management services and an understanding of the specific housing issues relevant to people with disabilities. You 'll have excellent project management, negotiation and communication skills and be a collaborative leader.
