Our organisational development delivery team sit within the resourcing team and are looking to appoint a trainer on a 12-month fixed term contract.

About the role
The senior OD trainer role is a front line facing role delivering internal and external training courses which will be focused on delivering required software and ICT skills training to staff.
Within this post you will be responsible for developing and writing training courses to support with the delivery of the outcomes of the digital programme. You will provide training on Microsoft tools such as Dynamics, Teams and Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Skype) but with a focus on addressing a business need rather than purely technical system training, such as how to manage virtual teams.. This role will also involve creating interactive e-Learning on software products to support the learning outcomes, which will be used by both staff and customers.
About you
You will be educated to NVQ level 5 or equivalent or have equivalent experience in a relevant subject.
You must be able to demonstrate a variety of teaching and assessment methods.
Excellent communication skills as well as the ability to engage learners at all levels and ability to liaise with customers around new business development opportunities are essential.
