We’re now looking for a Project Administrator to join our team and support our medical device-related activities.

The Role 

As a Project Administrator, you will perform a range of administrative activities to support the successful delivery of projects. 

In this key role, you will: 

- Manage customer queries and requests 
- Communicate the status of projects to customers 
- Process change notification forms 
- Maintain the project management database 

About You 

To join us as a Project Administrator, you will need: 

- Experience of working in a customer-oriented environment associated with medical devices 
- Previous experience of co-ordinating complex projects 
- A good understanding of project management principles 
- An appreciation of operating in a highly regulated environment 
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Windows, MS Excel and Word and the ability to pick up new systems 
- The ability to understand, interpret and communicate project activities and provide status updates to stakeholders
