ASB Officer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Tenancy Management/Housing Officer with our client who is an established provider of social housing within Birmingham and surrounding areas.

Due to a recent increase in workload a Tenancy Management Officer is immediately required to oversee a patch contaning approximately 900 properties within the local area.

Key duties:

• Assist current housing management team with Tenancy Managament investigations
• Produce affordable repayment plans for existing residents to maximise income for the organisation
• Provide a full estate management service including estate walkabouts and community based activities
• Take enforcement action relating to tenancy breaches
• Assist new residents through tenancy sign up processes.

You will also have:

• Experience within social housing, ASB or Tenancy Management is essential
• The ability to manage case loads through to court level
• A valid CRB and access to a vehicle with insurance for business purposes.

The successful Tenancy Management Officer will be immediately and demonstrate the ability to make an immediate impact on complex ASB cases.
