Joining an expanding family business, this is a varied role, with long-term prospects for career development.
The role of Fleet Administrator will include:-
- Administration to ensure all 60 cars and vans within the business are compliant and legal
- Tracking and logging MOT's, services, repairs, insurance and tax renewal dates etc
- Creating job cards and ordering parts for the in-house mechanic to complete works
- Ensuring each vehicle is stocked with first aid kits, required site documents etc
- Taking vehicles to service sites as necessary
The successful Fleet Administrator will:-
- Have previous experience of fleet management, including updating in-house computer systems
- Have a full driving licence
- Have strong Excel skills
- Have strong administration skills, and be a good organiser
