Production Operatives

MTrec Recruitment are currently recruiting for a prestigious company in the Spennymoor area.We are looking for candidates with production experience, who are hardworking and dedicated to their job role. The job role will involve travelling around the country working as part of a team, on various project for different customers.

The Role:

• Hand assembly on a fast paced production line
• Hand tools, air tools, socket spanners, hammers and test equipment
• Quality inspection, packing and labelling
• General housekeeping duties

The Person:

• Previous hand assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
• Must be target driven individual and flexible over time
• Ability to operate within a team and individually
• Must be flexible to work away Monday - Friday, home for weekends when fully trained
• Various shift patterns whilst working away on contracts
• Permanent dayshift from 08.00am-16.30pm Monday to Friday - when based at employers site
• Provide excellent customer service when working on customers sites
• Must be a driver

Additional information:

• Accommodation and meals are paid for by employer
• GBP7.83 per hour rising to GBP8.12 when fully trained
