We are looking for an Operations Assistant to join our dynamic, highly respected and fast-growing Development and Alumni Relations (DARO) team. DARO’s vision is to ‘unite our global community to inspire positive change and transform people’s lives’. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, ambitious and successful team, providing outstanding administrative support for DARO.
Part of the Development Services team, you will support a range of fundraising and engagement activity, acting as an expert in all administrative processes and systems, assisting the Operations Officer in the management and review of office processes, providing administrative support to colleagues and assisting with a range of DARO activity, including recruitment and induction processes, organisation of complex meetings, travel arrangements and general office management tasks, for example.
With a customer focussed outlook, you will have experience of providing high quality administrative support and completing office management related duties. You will be comfortable managing a full and varied workload, including balancing long and short term priorities. You will have a strong belief in the importance of universities to society and will be an ambassador for all areas of DARO activity.
