Reward Analyst
This is a fantastic opportunity on a fixed term period of 10 months, for an experienced Reward Analyst to work closely with the Regional Reward Manager in providing extensive Reward support to the business across the UK and EMEA.
You will be responsible for supporting all areas of reward including bonus, pay reviews, benchmarking and advising on salary ranges. In addition to your day to day responsibilities, you will support on various exciting projects throughout the year!
Reward Analyst Responsibilities
Some of your other duties will include:
Support the regional roll out of global annual reward processes
Being a point of contact for all queries
Conduct market benchmarking and advise on salary and benefits recommendations
Collaborate within the wider team to improve current processes in place
Reward Analyst Experience
To be successful in this role you will have excellent experience within a dedicated Reward, Comp and Bens or HR role. Ideally you will have experience working on an international or EMEA basis.
It is essential that you are proactive, able to work on your own initiative and work flexibly when required.
