Deputy Service Manager

Deputy Service Manager required for Supported Housing provision in Lancashire.

As Deputy Service Manager you will manage all operational aspects of the service, ensuring service delivery is to a high quality and cost effective. You will contribute to the strategic development and growth of the service, in line with national policy and local strategic priorities. Ensure that customer excellence underpins all aspects of service delivery, including effective customer involvement. Manage performance of staff to achieve service aims and compliance with contractual / quality standards. Recruit, train and performance appraise staff in accordance with procedures, in a supportive and effective manner.

To apply for the role of Deputy Service Manager's role you will have extensive knowledge of operational practices in supported housing. Knowledge of quality standards, performance requirements and best practice. Experience of working with vulnerable adults. You will also have a full Driving Licence and have a flexible approach to working hours in order to achieve work demands/priorities.
