Service Advisor - Paying up to 22k - Working Days
Our commercial vehicle client is looking for a Service advisor, with potential to train and advance in the business. This role is working days, Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a rota basis, paying up to 22k.
Working as a Service Advisor in this role will involve:
??Dealing with customer enquiries over the phone and face to face
??Updating on the progress of vehicles in the workshop
??Liaising with the workshop and other departments regarding vehicles and repairs
??Dealing with queries from technicians where required
Working as a Service Advisor in this role offers progression and training into a Workshop Controller role for the right candidate. This will involve issuing job cards to technicians, dealing with customers to update on the progress of vehicles and liaising with other departments and customers to resolve customer issues.
Service Advisor Skills/ Experience:
??Previous experience as a Service Advisor / Service Receptionist
??A great telephone manner
??Polite, friendly and helpful with fantastic customer service skills
??Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
??Ability to work to deadlines
??Commercial vehicle experience would be a benefit but not essential
