Due to continued expansion our client is now looking to recruit an experienced and competent Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst to join their busy workforce in the South East area. Consideration will be given to applications from London, Essex, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas.
Qualifications & Experience:
The applicant must have attained the P402/P403/P404 qualifications or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
Experience working in this role within the asbestos industry.
Possess good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Be fully conversant with the Asbestos Health & Safety procedures.
Competent in using the Microsoft Office Package.
Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out asbestos 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing.
Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on a variety of properties including commercial and industrial.
Supervising contractors on site ensuring they comply with asbestos Health and Safety procedures.
Collating and producing asbestos reports.
Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with the company's portfolio of new and existing clients.
Overall, the successful candidate will be a strong team player with a positive work ethic.
