UK College of Business and Computing have a new opportunity for an HR and Recruitment Administrator to join the team based in London. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and receive a competitive salary of GBP18,000 - GBP24,000 per annum.
The UK College of Business and Computing has over 3,000 students on HND, BA and AAT courses. Providing administrative support and welfare to these students across the campuses can be highly challenging but also highly rewarding.
The HR and Recruitment Administrator Role
UKCBC has a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to start their career in HR within a growing College with multiple sites across London. The HR and Recruitment Administrator will contribute to the day to day responsibilities of the department proficiently and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities of our HR and Recruitment Administrator
- Assist with the recruitment process including preparation of advertisements and posting on various websites, screening of CV's, liaising with the line managers to schedule and arrange interviews
- Conduct telephone interviews for prospective applicants
- Act as the joint first point of contact for handling all HR administrative and recruitment queries,
- Own the references and new employees DBS processes
- To Proficiently use the HRIS system (SelectHR) and recruitment portal (changeworknow).
- Produce adhoc letters and support the HR Team in other areas.
Our Ideal HR and Recruitment Administrator
- Bachelor's degree ideally in Human Resources or equivalent
- A minimum of twelve months of experience working in busy office environment
- Desire to work in HR
- IT literate, with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, customer service skills and strong interpersonal skills
