Manufacturing Technician required for a hydraulics manufacturing company, based in Swindon. This permanent position will be responsible for the maintenance of machines and equipment.
- Competitive Salary D.O.E
- Monday to Thursday hours: 07:30 - 16:00 / Friday hours: 07:00 - 12:00

As a Manufacturing Technician, your duties will include:
- Carrying out regular auditing and maintenance checks to company standards
- Adhering to health and safety procedures
- Providing quality training to junior colleagues
- Setting workplace targets in order to maximize productivity and meet delivery schedules
- Ensuring that all equipment and machines are in a safe and good-working condition
As an experienced Manufacturing Technician, you will have the following:
- Engineering apprenticeship is preferable or B/Tech equivalent
- Experience with machines and hand tools
- Confidence in working unsupervised and using your own initiative
- Flexible approach to work, as you may be required to complete task outside of your regular routine
