We are currently recruitment Machine Operators in the Forest Town area of Mansfield. You do not need previous experience as training will be provided, ideally you will have some industrial experience to be considered.
You will be required tow work rotating shifts on Mornings and Afternoons performing 40 hours per week Monday to Friday. This is a long term temporary position that leads to a full time contract after the 12 weeks for the right candidates.
To be considered pleas ensure you are able to get into Forest Town, Mansfield for no later than 06:00. You will be assisting with the finishing team for the first couple of weeks at which point you will then be trained up on the machines.
Duties:
- Initially assisting with the finishing team (cutting, stapling, gluing and packing away goods)
- Trained up on using the machines to cut and shape the materials
- Entering specific dimensions from job cards to the machines
- Checking quality of products
- House keeping, keeping your area tidy
- Assisting with any other general duties that may arise
- Raising any issues or faults you may find along the way with your superiors
Person required:
- Worked within an industrial environment would be preferred
- Good eye for detail due to reading specifications from job cards
- Good team player as you will work as a team to get the product despatched
- Happy to assist in other areas of business if in need on the factory floor
- Able to commit to a rotating shift pattern of days and afternoons

Pay Rate: GBP7.83ph
Contract term: 12 weeks temp to perm.
