The Ned- RecruiterWe have an exciting opportunity for a Recruiter to join the People and Development team here at The Ned. Reporting into the Senior Recruiter.Your main responsibilities as a Recruiter will be: •Recruiting for roles at all levels across our 10 restaurants and kitchens •Proactive and reactive sourcing, screening and interviewing of candidates •Producing weekly and monthly recruitment reports •Leading on overseas recruitment trips •Coaching and guiding managers to ensure smooth and positive recruitment journey •Managing internal recruitment process and applications •Managing recruitment suppliers and annual contract renewal process Friendliness, efficiency and a 'can-do' attitude are what people shave come to expect when they visit us and our success will depend on your willingness to go that extra mile.
