Your new role
You will be an experienced ER Consultant with extensive expertise in supporting, managing and continually improving HR services with extensive knowledge of employee relation matters. You will be able to manage a variety of cases and lead the implementation of the strategy across the HR team.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have demonstrable experience in the managing & leading of teams and possess a Chartered MCIPD qualification. In addition, you will be a customer focussed, trustworthy, meticulous individual and have excellent communication and administrative skills.
