A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Valuer/Lister to join my client to handle residential property valuations in an effective and accurate way.
They are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, forward thinking, and charismatic with excellent interpersonal skills who is able to work well within a team. Applicant must have at least 3 years experience within an estate agency environment.
Your day to day role will be carrying out valuations, dealing with sales progression, viewings when necessary and liaising with clients. A full driving licence is essential.
Working hours of 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday with NO weekends.
Excellent salary package plus generous commission on offer.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure that Vendors and Purchasers receive a professional service
* Undertake specific actions as instructed by the Branch Manager
* Undertake a variety of sales administration tasks
* Work all procedures and systems effectively and work within all legislative and compliance standards
Requirements:
* Experience of Residential Valuations of properties
* Ability to multitask
* Good personal presentation and conduct
* Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate accurately both verbally and in writing
* Confident in dealing with clients and colleagues
* Strong negotiation skills
* Confident and professional telephone manner
* An organised and methodical approach
* Ability to operate in a team environment
