Responsibilities:
We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Unit Manager within our internal catering brand, Fresh Food Cafe at Clacket Lane Services on the M25 at junction 5/6. The main role responsibilities for this position are:
* Support the unit manager on the day to day operation of the unit.
* Make sure front of house fridges, stands and impulse baskets are fully stocked and date rotated.
* Ensure all food served to customers meets brand standards.
* Communicate effectively with Team Members to ensure stock levels are maintained and queues managed efficiently.
* Provide motivation, encouragement and regular feedback to the team.
Skills/experience:
* Previous supervisory experience within a catering role.
* Team player.
* Strong communication skills; with customers and team members.
* Demonstrate a "will do" attitude to customer service.
* Confidence in dealing with customer/team member queries.
