Family Solicitor
Are you a Family Solicitor with (0-5 years pqe)?
Have you managed your own caseload of family law files?
Do you want to work in Liverpool?
If you have answered yes to the above questions then I would be keen to hear from you.
Duties include:
* Advising and managing a caseload of family law matters including divorce, financial matters arising from separation, complex children matters, surrogacy law, parental orders
* Dealing with financial applications brought on behalf of children
* Assisting with complicated Children Act applications, such as removal from the jurisdiction
* Undertake a mixture of work within family law
This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates to progress in the family law team and take the next steps to progress with their career.
