Working of an established and very successful Financial Services organisation within their Savings business area.

This is a Management and delivery role and we are looking for someone who can provide effective oversight and governance covering all aspects of service management to include performance review and quality assurance.

We need someone who has current/recent experience within - Savings Management environment - Financial Services - Banking - Savings Management - Governance - Process Controls - Risk Management - Regulatory/Compliance - Oversight - Performance Review

The main objective of this role will be for you to ensure that the company remain complaint within the savings business area - implementing change and ensuring the business remains successful.

You will do this by:

• Ensuring performance is tracked against agreed measures - making interventions and escalations to ensure that operational/conduct standards are met.
• Developing control processes and agreeing/implementing improvement plans.
• Governance of Risk Management and Reporting
• Senior level communication - internal and external, influencing senior stakeholders
• Challenging senior people within our Clients outsourced savings provider on their delivery
