Outbound Sales Advisors for a leading ecommerce business with circa 70 UK based employees, which is part of a Europe wide group of companies turning over in excess of £400m, supported by over 5300 employees. Both the UK and the wider European business have prospered largely due to a clear focus on people, their growth, development, retention and their subsequent hard work and loyalty. Approximately 50% of the management team have developed from junior roles and in this financial year alone the UK will celebrate 8 staff receiving their 10 year long service award.
Due to our clients continued success, they have two opportunities within their busy outbound sales team for two highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join this small, growing and friendly Outbound Sales department.
Reporting to the Outbound Sales Manager, their Outbound Sales Advisors will be targeted with and be responsible for making outbound sales calls to their customers promoting their own brand products. This is a target driven role and requires working closely with the Commercial Team.
They are looking for candidates with outbound sales experience along with the drive and motivation to meet and exceed targets. With strong communication and interpersonal skills, you will be confident, proactive and able to work as a team as well as on your own initiative. Active listening is a key skill for this role and you will be competent on the PC.
This is a full time role (40 hours per week): Monday – Friday 8.30 am to 5.30 pm but with a degree of flexibility to meet the needs of the business.
