As a Global Projects Administrator, you will be responsible for providing a range of administrative support activities to assist global and operations management team, you'll record and follow up executive decision making via participation in progress meetings and expediting follow-up to agreed actions and ensure timely and efficient service delivery of Consultancy and Project contracts.

You'll assist in the preparation of departmental correspondence including enquiry files, proposals, order facilitation, managing job files, logging personnel timesheets, project filing utilising company templates to ensure compliance with company QA systems.

As a Projects Administrator you'll be responsible for providing commercial support to the department including tender compilation, project/contract co-ordination, review and analysis, to ensure the achievement of revenue targets. You'll also assist teams with booking travel, accomodation, meetings, appointments, managing mail plus filing for the department and team as required.

As the Global Projects Administrator,you'll receive a salary of up to GBP35,000 per annum, depending on experience, you'll also benefit from aretail discount scheme, private health cover, a contributory pension scheme and life cover.

YOUR PROFILE

Skills / Experience:

  • Extensive experience within an oil and gas service company in a contracts/administrative/PA role.

  • Delivery of large and/or varied service contracts within the oil and gas industry.

  • Project planning and scheduling using management tools.

  • Adherence to contract compliance and budgets.

  • Use of procurement, purchase order and invoicing systems.

  • Must be computer literate in use of MS Office or equivalent packages.

  • Demonstrates an ability to accurately administer and deliver large engineering contracts.

  • Must be able to demonstrate accurate financial/commercial reporting and awareness skills on small, medium and large projects.

  • Demonstrates efficient organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.

  • Ability to work both independently and within a team.

  • Demonstrates excellent written and oral language skills in English; demonstrating additional conversational and written language skills e.g. French, German, Arabic would be considered an advantage.

  • Ability to prepare technical Bills of Quantities for project costs and expenditures associated with proposals.

  • Demonstrate excellent relationship, integrity, attendance, communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.

  • Ability to collate and interpret various data.

  • Acts in a professional manner at all times, both internally and externally.

  • Demonstrates an accurate and consistently high standard of workrate and quality.

Qualifications:

  • Formal/recognised qualification in secretarial, administration or business related subject or previous expereince.

  • Formal/recognised qualification in computing software packages or previous experience.

  • Current UK driving licence.
