Sustainable funding is critical to achieving our strategic aims and this requires us to maximise our fundraising efforts, diversify our income streams and offer flexible ways for people to support us.
Over the last 15 months, we have been working with an external consultant to introduce Trusts & Foundations as a new reliable income channel for the charity. Having successfully established a trust fundraising programme, we are now looking for a new Trusts & Foundations Fundraising Manager to join our team and grow and develop this income channel further to support our strategic plans and objectives.
The Trusts & Foundations Fundraising Manager will take responsibility for growing this fundraising channel, through effective and efficient research, the preparation and submission of funding applications, and the cultivation of relationships with various trusts and other grant making bodies.
With a flexible approach to working hours, clear performance expectations and a supportive senior management team plus many other benefits, this really is an excellent opportunity to help mould the direction of a rapidly growing charity.
Recruitment process:
February 4th - March 6th: Submission of CV's and return of completed application forms
March 7th & 8th: 1st stage telephone interviews
W/C 11th March: 2nd stage formal face to face interviews
COP 15th March: Decision made on successful applicant
