Our client has an opportunity for an organised and conscientious individual to provide exceptional administrative support to their established sales team. With great attention to detail, you will accurately maintain and update client records, inputting all relevant information onto the systems. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders and assist with diary management. You will be accustomed to managing a busy workload and will be a confident communicator who is keen to acquire new skills. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, professional and meticulous, with the ability to build effective relationships quickly. A track record of providing excellent customer service is essential, as well as being able to juggle a variety of duties simultaneously and adaptable to any changes in the workload. You must be computer literate and familiar with Excel and Outlook and demonstrate a detail focused approach to the work.
