Contract type: Fixed Term Appointment for 6 months from 1st April

Work pattern:

1 x 103208 - 15 hours, 2 day week including weekends
1 x 103207 – 37 hours, 5 days a week including weekends and bank holidays

Salary: 1 - £17,003 pro rata

Grade: 1

Welsh Language Requirements: Level 4

Job Purpose: To provide a first point of contact for visitors and work in the shop, focusing on customer service. To work with other members of the team to provide a continually improving customer service environment.

Key Job Accountabilities: You will;

• Be a first point of contact for visitors, staffing the shop and providing orientation and information concerning the attractions and activities on offer both in person, phone and through social media.
• Ensure that all interactions with the public present NRW in the best possible manner through good customer care and service provision.
• Support the Visitor Centre team with the objectives of enabling more people to enjoy the benefits of access to the natural environment and promote a better understanding of the natural resource

Key Job Qualifications or Knowledge: You will have;

• Experience in Customer Care or Retail Management. Ability to use Microsoft applications would be an advantage.
