The successful applicant will join a dynamic team who are responsible for inspiring, enthusing and recruiting new members across the region. You will engage and make new members at a variety of events and locations across the Yorkshire and Humber area. Within the work area is the largest tidal reed bed in England and the sheer 400ft chalk cliffs at Bempton with some 500'000 seabirds which include Yorkshires iconic Puffins.

The successful candidate will be an ambassador for the charity, and will enthuse and inspire members of the public to join the organisation by telling them about the work that the charity is doing to save nature. The successful candidate will become part of the Yorkshire Coast and Humber membership team. This role will involve working on nature reserves and across a variety of offsite venues recruiting new members. Full training and support will be given to the successful candidate and a full driving license is essential.

Applicants should be comfortable in loading and unloading vehicles, happy to work weekends, bank holidays and when required work unsociable hours.
