The Practice is currently marketing approximately 1M sq ft of commercial property. Key areas of expertise include commercial agency, corporate advisory, residential and commercial development, and BTR residential.
The firm is looking for a Surveyor to Associate Director level professional to take on a key role in the commercial agency team, working on high profile and high value projects. The individual will be highly motivated, operate to the very highest professional standards, have an appetite for a deal and be able to navigate challenging commercial negotiations.
The successful candidate is likely to be RICS APC qualified, but this is not essential. APC can be offered if required.
A property related degree is preferred but not essential.
