Fel Rheolwr Cynorthwyol Gwasanaethau Bro, prif bwrpas y swydd fydd i reoli’r gwasanaeth Bro o ddydd i ddydd ac adnoddau perthynol gan sicrhau bod y gwasanaeth yn cael ei ddarparu yn llwyddiannus i gwsmeriaid mewnol ac allanol, partneriaid a rhanddeiliaid. Fe fydd hefyd disgwyl i chi ymgymryd â rôl Cydlynydd Diogelu Grwpiau Bregus a sicrhau bod achosion o gamdriniaeth honedig yn cael sylw yn syth ac yn unol â pholisi a gweithdrefnau CCG.
Mae’n hanfodol i ddeilydd y swydd yma gael ILM3 neu gyfatebol, a safon dda o addysg i lefel ‘A’ neu brofiad proffesiynol perthnasol. Mae’r gallu i siarad cymraeg yn hanfodol yn y swydd hon.

As North Wales’ largest housing association, Cartrefi Cymunedol Gwynedd provide quality, affordable homes and services to our tenants, and strive to protect and develop the culture and heritage of the communities we serve as we do so.
As a registered social landlord our primary purpose is to provide affordable rented homes to those in housing need. We are an independent not-for-profit organisation registered and regulated by the Welsh Government.
With over 6,300 homes, we are responsible for the management and maintenance of these properties.
As a Neighbourhood Services Assistant Manager, the main purpose of the job will be to manage the day to day running of the Neighbourhood service and associated resources, ensuring the successful delivery of services to both internal and external customers, partners and stakeholders. You will also be expected to undertake the role of Designated Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Coordinator and ensure that referred cases of alleged abuse are dealt with promptly and according to CCG policy and procedures.
It is essential that the post holder has an ILM3 or equivalent along with a good standard of education to ‘A’ Level or relevant professional experience.
The ability to speak Welsh is essential in this role.
